利用規約

当サイトに掲載している写真（以下「本素材」といいます）は、すべて当サイト管理者であるリュウノユウヤ（以下「当方」といいます）が撮影し、著作権を有する作品です。
本素材は、Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International（CC BY 4.0）ライセンスの元で自由にご利用いただけます。

1. 利用条件

本素材は、営利・非営利を問わず、以下の条件を満たす限り、自由に利用（複製・改変・頒布・展示など）できます。

  • クレジット（著作者名）の表示が必要です。
    表示例： © リュウノユウヤ / CC BY 4.0

  • クレジット表示には可能な限り、本利用規約ページ、またはCreative CommonsのライセンスURL（https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.ja）へのリンクを付けてください。

  • 本素材に対して、改変を行った場合は、その旨を明記してください。

2. 禁止事項

  • クレジットを表示せずに利用すること。

  • 本素材の著作者をいつわる行為。

  • 公序良俗に反する利用や、第三者の権利を侵害する利用。

  • 本素材を利用したことにより、あたかも当方が特定の商品・サービス・団体を推奨または保証しているかのような表現をすること。

3. 免責事項

  • 本素材の利用により生じた損害やトラブルについて、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

  • 本素材に第三者の権利（商標権・プライバシー権等）が含まれる場合、利用者の責任において権利処理を行ってください。

  • 本素材の利用は、利用者ご自身の責任において行ってください。

4. ライセンスの変更

当方は、本素材の提供条件を将来変更または終了する場合があります。
ただし、変更前にダウンロードされた素材には、ダウンロード時点のライセンス条件が適用されます。

All photographs posted on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Materials”) are taken by and copyrighted to Yuya Ryuno (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”), the administrator of this website.
The Materials are freely available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

1. Conditions of Use

The Materials may be used freely (including reproduction, modification, distribution, and display) for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, provided that all of the following conditions are met.

  • Credit (author's name) must be displayed.
